HDB Financial Services — loan foreclosure | |||
Respected sir/madam, I had taken loan from hisar branch of hdb financial services 2 year ago and now i want to foreclose my loan for which i am visiting hdb office from 18th oct., 2017 many time after a long time they accept my application request on 31st oct., 2017 and told me foreclosure will be approved within one week and then they will take my prepayment cheque. But till no approval received due to which i have to suffer from a heavy loss as i sold my home to close the loan of which registry will be on monday 13 nov, 2017 for which i take advance money from buyer. But no one in the hisar branch of hdb is taking accountability to close the loan, they just say that we have send mail to head office for foreclosure approval after approval we will accept your cheque.
