HDB Financial Services — Loan regarding

I never take any kind of two wheeler loan from hdb financial services, but there is a loan showing in my cibil report. When i contact in local office they dont listen to me and told me this is your problem solve it by your self or contact cibil department. However, this loan is by hdb fialcial services. This is responsibility of hdb financial services to solve this problem because loan for two wheeler is given by them. This is the main problem because i dont want to destroy my credit history with all banks as i am having very good reputation in banks and in my profession to. I want rbi to take action against him as they dont listen to me. I am attaching photo copy of loan details by hdb. This loan is started on 21 august 2020. Two wheeler registration number is pb19t5212. Please solve my problem.
