HDB Financial Services — Lost job due to pandemic

I am being har r assed by hdb financial services and due to pandemic i lost job during april 2020 and i had applied for moratorium till august 2020 and the same was provided by rbi and govt of india. With the global crisis and this pandemic being a killer for the world and knowing well about this heavy money problem and this emi - moratorium case is now in supreme court and charging interest for interest, - with these things going on - hdb financial services has intentionally presented my emi-during august 2020 and i had informed hdb - person in chennai - i want morator ium till august 2020- they had not responded my request and is creating problems for me to pay emi.

This is attrocious on part of hdb to act silly like this and this act of hdb is highly against law - when moratorium problem is now going in supreme court.

It is totally against law on part of hdb to act like this? I do not have job and no money. I am in search of job and cannot pay emi. But hdb act is like treating me like a slave. I have send several emails to hdb-but their act is human and violent.

I will surely send complaint about hdb financial services to higher authority.

I cannot pay emi — till i get job soon.
