HDB Financial Services — rude and misbehave, unauthorized penalty and local branch trying to fraud with me. even asking money for account description. | |||
I am writing today to make a formal. Complaint on a staff member at hdb financial services today, in relation to the staff member telling me to pay money for a printed statement. Secondly i would like to know where my account stands? During the covid period i have been on moratorium scheme, however i have been receiving multiple sms/text messages claiming i am overdue in my account for 8432rs also penalty interest!? Can you're staff not understand the meaning of covid19 monetary scheme? I suggest you train staff correctly, and ensure there is not corruption happening in you're company.
