Hi Team, I have taken personal loan form HDB Financial services in the month of December and My Loan no is 2023411. I have no information like what is the duration, rate of interest and i have applied for 2.5L and received 2.37L of loan.So I want to know the information regarding the remianing amount deduction. I applied for loan of Rs.20lakhs but they offered me Rs.20, 83, 404/- and they are saying now that Rs.83404/-as insurance and i din't accept for insurance after getting the repayment schedule, i came to know. I wrote a letter to Branch Manager for cancelling insurance. They said that they will refund the amount in Nov. Till now no response.
