Dear Sir
on dated 16th May i had done 1696 Payment through Net banking to Wish.com but they write us that payment declined at the time process but same payment deduct from my account. after more than 20 mails to HDFC they are not resolved my query and not refund the deducted money. I share all communication to Wish.com but they denied to me more than 15 times that they had not received mention amount. From last 3 mails HDFC not answering my payment issue.All mail communication with me which are from HDFC and Wish.com.

Till date no any positive reply from HDFC bank and they only told that payment delivered to merchant but front party denied.Please do the needful.
