Dear, hdfc bank Nasir asmatulla mohammad, hdfc ghosi branch my a/c [protected] I deposit my check kopaganj hdfc bank branch in 21july2018, check amount is 70000rs, kotak mahindra bank check no.0000076, missing check, check was heet in account then sing was not much as per record to bank, check not received Kopaganj hdfc bank manager told me please contact mau he'd branch. I m connect mau branch hdfc employee pradeep tripathi he told me wait after 2 hr explain me my system not showing any thing on system, he told me come to 27sept after 3:30pm then i come to bank after 3:30 he told me wait after 5:30pm he call me and just say system not showing any thing... On check... I told him give me some reason... Wear my check... My client told me old check return then he give new check Plz... Take some action Branch was totally warest service... Service is totally west... No badee was care to clint... Every one westing time to clint... If i ask someone in branch directly say waight... Waight..,. Waight... Plz...
