Dear Sir,
I am Mrs. Rinal Ramchandra Patil, wife of Late Ramchandra Rajaram Patil.
I would like to inform you that my husband has taken home mortgage loan of Rs. 30 lacs from HDFC Ltd. And insurance against same loan from HDFC life insurance company.
My husband has passes away on 07th February 2022 in road accident while coming home from factory.
Required all documents are submitted with insurance claim settlement application in the first week of March 2022.
Miss. Shruti from HDFC Ltd. Mira Road branch was committed that claim will settle in Three months.
Your third-party investing officer visited at home for verification on dated 25 March 2022.We were submitted all required documents to them.
After that day by day, we have submitted more documents to you as requested thru email.
After three Miss Shruti gave us reference of Mr. Ashwin Nayak, an officer of HDFC life insurance company and stopped reply to our calls.
Then we followed Mr. Ashwin Nayak, many times but always got responses such as under process and will take approx. 6 months’ time period to settle claim.
Now six months later we got response that we are submitted Fraud insurance claim and HDFC life insurance company has re-investing same which is such a ridicules statement.
Please let us know on which basis you can stated that we are fraud.
HDFC Ergo ltd. and LIC Ltd. has accepted our claim and settle our claim in time with same documents.
Your re-investigation officer also visited on 22nd August 2022 at home and collected all documents again.
Now we required clear confirmation from your side whether you are settling our claim ASAP or do strict action against us if you feel we are really fraud.
And finally, we have no other choice to file complaint against HDFC life insurance company in Consumer Court.
Your response must have required us in written format.
