[Resolved] HDFC Bank — account auto debit, saying hdfc card write-off | |||
This is Sadeepa Kumari .C ([protected], [protected]) received HDFC Credit card almost 7 years back and they put an HDFC ERGO insurance with or without my knowledge (don't know how they got approval from me, stating that I approved over phone). They sent a statement for almost Rs.12000 And when I refuse to pay, they just leaved it. Now after 7 years they deducted Rs.3300 from my HDFC net banking account without my knowledge. This is highly irritating and when I asked them there is no proper response and also their customer service is very poor, talking in a rude manner. Sorry to say that I decided to come out of HDFC if the amount is not reversed to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
