HDFC Bank — Account Blocked | |||
Hi My self Rupesh, Customer ID[protected] Its been 5 days my problem is not solved yet. Whenever I try to transact or see my account balance in netbanking or mobile banking app. It always says me that "We are unable to carry out your instructions. Please contact branch". 5 days ago I have visited bank they said that from your centre of HDFC they have blocked my account without any notice. I don't know why. I haven't done anything maybe there were lot of transactions going on that's why. I have also submitted an application and KYC in branch 5 days ago. Still It hasn't resolved. I have to pay EMI on 24 March this month. I want it to be resolved today itself. Please try to understand. And this is the worst experience with your bank.
