Dear friends, Please don't use HDFC account. I had bad experienced from hdfc. I got loan from hdfc. at the time of loan process, they requested to open bank account. I got account and loan amount was credited. Later I have not been using this account. Recently they sent massage that your non maintenance balance is 7000 rupees. Ok requested to customer care to remove negative balance. They agreed that and requested to maintain minimum balance. I added 12000 rupees, but they deducted my money due to negative balance. Customer care explained about negative balance and said that paying non maintenance compulsory. This the way they are treating customer. Dear friends I am saying that please don't take account and credit card from HDFC. I had bad experienced with HDFC credit card also. Was this information helpful? | |||
