"ach debit mandate registered for rs. 46250 /- in a/c no. Xxxxxxxxx93530 for ashish securities pvt ltd with umrn no. Hdfc[protected]"

I have not opted for any such service. Request you to look into this and do the needful. Please reach out to me for further information.
