[Resolved] HDFC Bank — additional cash money charged by the hdfc agent. | |||
Hi team, i did purchase the vivo v9 youth on emi on 08/08/2018 & the hdfc agent charged me 2000 rs in cash for the file processing & to process the request asap. I did purchase it from anant electricals. I am making the regular payment of my emi on my mobile phone. Now after checking the details of my receipt there is no amount of 2000rs mentioned on it. Kindly request to please check & return my hard earned money asap or else kindly tell me where i can lodge the complaint regarding the same. Hope to hear soon on this complaint.
