[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amazon product refunded money didn't receive yet | |
Hi, My name is shobana i ordered two products and i cancelled it. So amazon has refunded the amount for my account. I called the amazon customer care they told that the amount has been initiated by amazon. So i want to know whether the money has been credited to my account. Transcation ids are:796408 and 782912. Verified Support Dec 04, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, WE find that there are credits in your Account from Amazon on November 27 and 28. Pease check your account statement and confirm whether you are referring to the same credit.
