[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amb charges and annual charges

Hi I have requested hdfc to refund my money of rs.1416 which was deducted from my account as amb charges without information, they have refunded me just rs.1200 only. And again when i requested them for refund of rs.885 which they deducted from my account as annual charges without any intimating me they have provided refund of rs.750 only. They are saying me the reason they have already paid gst for that. I cannot just donate money simply for you and i am not here to donate you. And you are making my most of the time in just requested refund and worry about this account. And i want my rest of the money back immediately.
