Yesterday[protected] i have booked travel ticket by using my hdfc credit card through tsrtc website. But two times amount debited but ticket not confirmed.

Travel from mancherial to miyapur x roads

Creditcard ending number:2673

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

While we have received authorization requests for the above-mentioned amount and the same was approved/declined, our records indicate that the transaction has not been processed to your card account as on date. We request you to revert to us in case, the charge is processed to your card account in the future for us to investigate. In absence of any charge being processed to your card account with in 20 days, the authorization amount blocking the credit limit will be restored automatically.
