[Resolved] HDFC Bank — amount deducted for merchant payment but coupon didn't get purchased | |
I made an online payment for a little app coupon through phonepay. The money got deducted from my account but the coupon was not purchased. Kindly help. The payment scrrenshit is attached for reference. I contacted phonepay as well and they said that from their end the payment was successful and i should contact the bank for chargeback request.
