Hello, My application reference number is hfr510232 I have submitted fastag application on 25th nov 2019. But till today, i haven't yet received any mail or call from hdfc representative for further status. As per message displayed on application form submission, "you will receive fastag within 7 days and our representative will contact you", but no update received. I tried customer care number 10-20 times a day. Most of the time it is busy orsome music is playing. I am very disappointed by hdfc procedure of fastag. No proper updates/sms received. Verified Support Nov 27, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, The application (if in order) would be processed and you will receive the Fastag within 7 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will also be shared with you via SMS.
