[Resolved] HDFC Bank — apply for fastag but not red yet

I had apply for hdfc fast tag on 8 nov with reference no hfr341892 and paid rs 500. Same time rec massage n mail about applying they said will get fast tag in 7 days but till now not rec any thing. When call at customer care no no one pick call. How can get information about my fast tag. After that no msg or any call rec from fast tag. I am not getting information about fast tag
