[Resolved] HDFC Bank — aquaguard purifier | |||||
I bought aquacare insurance amc for 3 years for my aquaguard uv water purifier in july 2018 at bangalore from the field personnel of aquaguard and ion exacense pvt ltd, gave the cheque in the name of ion exacense pvt ltd for rs. 8575 on 17th july, which does not seem to be showing in the eureka forbs system, who had visited home, name: govindraju. K ; Under the amc they were supposed to provide service every 6 months under which they are obliged to replace the filter and do maintenance works for the said purifier. However nobody has turned up so far despite one full year elapsing from the contract date. Repeated calls to their 24 hrs help line [protected] has only elicited false promises of service within next 24hrs but in reality nothing has happened. Nobody has turned up to deliver the promised service. It seems like these are fraud people fooling several customers like me. Please let me know as to how to make them deliver on their promises and not cheat us like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
