[Resolved] HDFC Bank — automatic activation of credit card,inst alert chg inc gst | |||
Dear sir, My customer id[protected] We have cancelled our credit card in sep month but the branch again issued another credit card without our consent and knowledge and harassing us insisting to break the credit card after receiving through post and submit it in branch Since 2013 my account is being debited with 17rs every quarter for-inst alert chg inc gst, i want explaination for these charges of it is base less refund all the amounts charged evry quarter Please assist in providing information if not it may be addressed in ombudsman. Verified Support Nov 12, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records, your card ending 4547 has been temporarily blocked and the card details were transferred to new card ending 0444. To to close the card account permanently, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter seeking closure of credit card to the following address to enable us do the needful. HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX # 8654, Thiruvanmiyur P.O., Chennai 600 041.
