[Resolved] HDFC Bank — balance deducted through bhim upi transaction | |
On 3 sep 2018 i tried to book train ticket through bhim upi, in which transaction got failed but balance got deducted from account balance for twice. Post which i tried to follow up with the irctc customer care in which they have updated that money resides on bank itself only, as money was not transferred to their account. However after these i've taken follow up hdfc bank customer care and they confirmed me that on 4th september my money will get credited to my account but still awaiting for that. Also for which i'm taking several follow up the hdfc bank but my call is kept on hold for than 1 hour approx and get my call get disconnected. These i tried thrice. Really fed up with the customer care of hdfc bank. Request you to intervene in this case and help us to resolve the issue asap.
