HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — fastag of hdfc not received even after confirmation response | |||
I have complained (@ consumer complaints) on 30th dec 2019 about non receipt of hdfc rf fastag referring application no hfr828816 and request to cancel or deactivate the same since i don't have any response from hdfc over 4 weeks from the time i applied. Responding to the complaint (On 30th dec 2019), mr. Anay / hdfc customer service mentioned as below "your application has been dispatched & you will receive the tag in 5 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via sms" However, till date neither i received the 2 nos fastag rf nor sms with dispatch details received even after 5 working days. Since my vehicles vrn mapped to hdfc tags, i am unable to use any other fastag and any new application of mine are getting declined with regret message. I am frustrated as hdfc is neither acting to ensure delivery of the fastag nor de-registering / deactivating my vehicle regn numbers. I am suffering due to incompetency of hdfc.
