HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — non receipt of fastag | |||||
Applied for fastag in jun, still not received. Dtdc has confirmed consignment lost in transit, but hdfc is not doing anything to provide the fastag. I keep calling their customer care who ask me to write to their back office @ fastag. [protected]@interglobesolutions.com. Never received a single response from this email id in the last 5 months. Non receipt of fastag: case# 12385320 : case status : closed... Consignment no : z[protected] untraceable Message from dtdc after i followed up. No response from hdfc.
