[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassment and settlement issue from hdfc collection department | |||
I have paid all the money for my credit card settlement. But collection department person is not updating the payment. And because of them my car loan noc is pending. We visit the branch many times. But resolution provided by the bank. They are doing harassment and using wrong words to us. I do have all the recording. That person is doing all this intentionally, And phone number of that person. The number is ([protected] H khothari). My car loan number is 42463979. My credit card last four digits are 4050. I have all the receipt of payments. If needed i can share the recordings also.
