[Resolved] HDFC Bank — bank manager rude behaviour and is not ready to answer | |||
Hello this is vishav a hdfcbank customer. Today I went to hdfc bank Jammu branch( rehari chungi ) for the query related to credit card ..there I went to branch manager her name is SHWETA RANI ..she just don't know how to talk to the customers ..she is very rude and does not give me proper satisfactory answers moreover she did not even look at me when I was asking queries related to my card. She misbehaved with me and treated a customer as if he is a begger. This type of ### non sense service did not expect from a well known bank ..I hope you gonna tell her regarding this thing and teach her some ettiquetes how yo treat to a customer . I am going to close my account and moreover will not recommend this to others also ..I wish for an early reply, I want to know what you gonna do in this regard. I am waiting for your reply.
