[Resolved] HDFC Bank — reversed/credited amount not credited back to credit card

I had made payment in amazon for rs. 25217.79 using my hdfc credit card for emi purchase. Order was then cancelled and refund was successfully made from amazon side. And i got a message from hdfc saying 'ur transaction on hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx for rs. 25217.79 has been credited/reversed by amazon on[protected]:05:50:12'. But till now amount was not credited back into my credit card and also emi loan of this amount is shown active in net banking credit card section. It's been 3 days since payment was returned but not credited back.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that the transaction of Rs.25, 217.79 at M/s.Amazon has been credited to your card account on 05/03/2020. The relevant credit will reflect in your March 2020 statement.
