Dear cardholder, Ref; your hdfc bank card no. 416317xxxxxx4164 Current balance rs.10101.04 Your continued failure/refusal to clear the outstanding amount on your above credit card has constrained us to consider legal action against you for the recovery of dues owed to us. In the event that you fail to respond to this notice, appropriate legal action will be initiated against you for the recovery of the due amount. The amount outstanding as due and payable by you on the card account as of this day stands at rs.10101.04/-. You may please take note of the fact that interest and other charges at contractual rates will continually accrue on your card account till the date of liquidation of the dues. To avoid initiation of legal action for the recovery of outstanding dues and the ensuing consequences, please contact us within 15 days from the date of this letter with a payment of rs.10101.04 Please note that as already informed through card member agreement and further communication, your conduct of the card has been shared with other banks, institutions, credit information companies and statutory bodies.
