[Resolved] HDFC Bank — blacklisting of fastag

My fast tag[protected] has balance and showing active in hdfc fast tag portal but at toll plaza after scanning it is showing blacklisted. I called nhai also they also confirmed that my fast tag is blacklisted. I am trying to contact hdfc customer care ([protected]) and raised a service request (Sr[protected] also but no one is there to receive the call or respond for the ticket. Fastag for my vehicle MH-46-BA-7144 NOT RECEIVED

There happened to be negative amount in my HDFC account three times and for this, the bank deducted 590 INR three times for each time the amount went negative.

Is it some kind of rule or it's just something illegal happening?

Kindly respond and help if the amount can be refunded.

I am a credit card holder card ending 2755.Membership amount has been debited from my card without my consent. I am not interested in this.So deactivate my membership and refund the amount.
