[Resolved] HDFC Bank — bounce charges | |||
I had a car loan from hdfc bank which is closed last year sept 2018. My first cheque did not go through due to an issue with the bank. Hdfc bank did not intinate me even of the cheque did not go through. I had to follow up with them asking why the cheque was not collected after a run around i had visited the branch at bundle garden pune n paid of my emi and i was given a confirmation that there will be no bounce charges. After 4 years hdfc calls me and asking to pay 600rs. Where a commitment was given there will be no charges. I am threatened i will not be given my noc. Seriously for 600rs. What a bank!!!
