[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cancellation of one assist membership | |||
I am customer of hdfc bank. I have credit card. My personal detail is - name is hetal khambhata/mrs. Hetal akshay randeria. The bank is activated one assist facility in my credit card which i do not want in account, which i have paying rs. 1399/- per year. I need to remove this facility from my account/credit card. I didnt recieved of rs1025.49 and 425.49.I booked train ticket from paytm but booking not confirmed and amount deducted.paytm refund money to my bank but bank didnt credited my acc with that refunded money.its about 21 days.
