[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cashback for hdfc debit card transaction | |||
I have made a transaction at reliance digital showroom on 29th august 2019 with hdfc debit card, when i made that transaction there was an offer 5% cashback will be received in 90 days. It is now more than 90 days, till now i haven't any cashback. I am facing this issue not for first time, previously also cashback not received from hdfc bank. Please help me on this. I have applied for a Fastag online in the last week I have received a message but I am yet to receive d the sticker what is the issue why is it taking so much time to deliver a shipment. Please provide a solution at the earliest as I need it coz I am traveling this weekend.

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is HFR546211. I didn't received Fastag application pdf to my registered email id, unable to reach helpline desk phone.

I am a HDFC credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 1899 from my credit card number ending with 1634 without my knowledge. Date:[protected]. i am not interested on this service. Please refund the debited amount.

I buy two fasttag from hdfc . both owner are different but i get message on one name and both are attached with one ID. Customere care no is worst and nobody pick phone . worst experience

My HDFC credit card has expired and I'm waiting for the bank to provide me a new credit card. I'm unable to contact anyone from bank. Customer care call goes on IVR and gets disconnected. Please look into it on priority.
