[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash back of tv purchased not received from hdfc bank | |||
I have purchased samsung 55nu7100 led smart tv from great eastern company, raja park branch jaipur (Raj) on dated 06.11.18 and the tv was received on 7.11.2018. Hdfc bank desk at great eastern office financed the tv with the offer that rs 9300 cashback will be credited into my account within 90 days. Despite all my 6 installment amount paid & regular pursuing of matter with hdfc officials, samsung dealers & great eastern persons, the cash back has not been credited into my account. I have launched complaint through hdfc bank help line no [protected] on dated 25th july 2018 also vide complaint no mumc-[protected]. I was told that amount will be credited in 7 working days. Although the same was denied stating that the loan was cleared by head office and the officer was valid upto 11.11.2018. It a clear case of fraud advertisement and practice by a reputed bank like hdfc. Pl help in rectifying the matter & provide the cash back amount as per offer.
