[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash back offer not received
I have purchased samsung j8 64 gb black from kohinoor televideo pvt ltd on nov 4, 2018
On emi the offer stated that within 90 days (3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's now 5th month running and i have not received cash back offer my deduction is still going on every month of 7th
When i bought the phone hdfc and kohinoor team said your 4th installment emi will not be deducted by hdfc loan, but it is getting deducted,
