[Resolved] HDFC Bank — cash lost | |||
Dear hdfc, I am one of the hdfc customer. Dec 13 or 14 i have tried to withdraw rs 2000 from ahmedabad. But i couldn't able to take that money at the same time 2000 debited from my account. I contacted more than 3 times to the cherthala hdfc branch regarding this complaint registration. But they are not taking care of my complaint. This is my last attempt to register my complaint. I[censored] can't solve my issue. I can shift my account or cancel my current account. I have another options to start using other bank services Thank you, Jaibin k. Verified Support Dec 28, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your complaint we had raised a chargeback on Dena Bank vide reference number 1767834. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of the complaint.
