[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Cash not dispensed from atm | |||
I used my HDFC ATM card to withdraw Rs.7, 500/- at State Bank of India ATM at Madangir, PUSHPA BHAWAN, N.D (ATM ID - S10A[protected], Pin Code - 110062 on 09/03/2017 But money was not dispensed. I received the slip with TXN No.3586 stating "Transaction Complete". But the money was debited on 09/03/2017 with the same TXN No.3586 . I have registered complaint to HDFC call center & also through State Bank of India, Sinnar though Rs.7, 500/- which was debited on 09/03/2017 is not yet credited. I request you to kindly arrange to get back Rs.7, 500/- . In this case, the acquiring bank has provided us with a representment claim (that is proof of transaction)stating that the transaction was successful. The proof of transaction has been sent to your account branch, you may meet your Branch Manager and check the same.
