Hi team, I have done shopping on Amazon India website for One Plus 7. I have made payment through my hdfc debit card and I was availing offer for 5 percent cashback for same transaction. But, till now I have not received my cashback amount. Can you please look into this. I tried to contact Amazon but they are saying this offer was from hdfc bank I need to contact hdfc bank. So can you guys please assist me. My previous complaint no - Ref No. TW[protected] Offer details - Get 5% cashback on a minimum purchase of Rs 2000 with HDFC Bank Debit Cards. Checkout with this item only to avail the offer. Note - I have been informed that I will get cashback after 90 days but now its around year still I am not able to find the cash back amount under debit card redemption section.
