Hdfc bank is a cheater bank i have purchased iphone x on cashback offer 12000 but it’s been two years i have not received any cashback i have the bill i have the account number. If i’m recieving cashback after this complaint too i will deactivate my hdfc current account.! Hdfc bank should pay for this. This is a cheater bank they make offers and leave the person on it’s own.
From last two years i’m trying to contact them but they don’t reply any of my mails.

I made payment on 1st of September, 2019. Money got deducted from my account but transaction got failed. It's been two weeks already I didn't received my money back. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
