I have changed my mobile number to [removed]. My credit card transaction messages are going to my old mobile number. Please update my number for credit card transactions.

Please help me with this because i cant go to bank and change the number as it is very far from my place and i do not know much about this city because i am new to the city.

i am getting fake calls and they are asking for my credit card information. fucking website. just remove my complaint as soon as possible

We suggest that you visit our web-site www.hdfcbank.com to download the application form for updating the contact details.The application form is available in our web site under the following path:

Forms Center > Credit Cards > Change of address, Mobile Number & e-mail Id.

Kindly complete the same and forward the application form to our mailing address to review your request.

This is useless service. I have dropped almost more than 50 forms in Magarpatta branch pune to change my mobile number. But this is absolutely fish service.
Absolute rubbish HDFC brand and service. Even the phone banking does not connect all the time.
I have lost all my faith.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HDFC.. WASTE OF YOUR TIME.
