[Resolved] HDFC Bank — charged my account | |||
Dear sir i'm anurag manoj sharma my hdfc account is a salary account, i sent a cheque request through online request and there was a cheque book sent to me at my address, but not received because it was a office address and i contacted the courier multiple time also i provided them the time to deliver but they failed, i made a req again and they made the same mistake. I was asked to collect from the branch, i asked the courier guy where it is delivered to, he said it is returned to hdfc bank now after 2-3 weeks when there was no help from anyone i got a massage rs.237/- debited for cheque stop. Kindly let me know how it was my fault when the bank and the courier person failed to delivered the cheque Kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||

I dont need a new book, just refund the amount which was charged . Because of you people and the negligence of the courier department I had to suffer for 2 weeks, now I have no cheque book and a charge on my account, kindly reverse the charge .i
