[Resolved] Hdfc Bank — charged my account

Dear sir i'm anurag manoj sharma my hdfc account is a salary account, i sent a cheque request through online request and there was a cheque book sent to me at my address, but not received because it was a office address and i contacted the courier multiple time also i provided them the time to deliver but they failed, i made a req again and they made the same mistake.
I was asked to collect from the branch, i asked the courier guy where it is delivered to, he said it is returned to hdfc bank now after 2-3 weeks when there was no help from anyone i got a massage rs.237/- debited for cheque stop. Kindly let me know how it was my fault when the bank and the courier person failed to delivered the cheque

We would like to state that the cheque book was correctly sent to your mailing address, however, the same was returned undelivered. Kindly update your latest mailing address through Net Banking or by visiting nearest branch, post which you can request for a new one.
