Dear team,
I am kamal thakur i have your company credit card but iam not using this card when it was issue but every month charges deducted from my account whether hdfc bank staff told me it is life time free kindly tell me why these charges were deducted from my account where iam not using this single time and also i complaining regarding annual charges where your bank staff told us this card is life time free and also start any policy without consent from mine
Kindly this is my humble requsted for you plz reverse my all charges which was deducted from my credit card otherwise i will go to court door...

We observe that One assist service has been activated on your card account and converted to EMI hence monthly EMi is billed on your card and the same is paid through autopay from your bank account. For further clarification, we request you to contact our Phone Banking officers at any of our 24-hour Phone Banking numbers mentioned in the below URL. We also request you to contact the below-mentioned numbers to cancel One Assist Program. India Toll-Free No. –[protected] Alternate No. –[protected] or write to [protected]@one assist.in

Why you are sending me mails id and contact number when i had already complained your company service problem you should be close this complained not send me alternative number and mail id you should be follow this and send this mails id to concern department and folow the process and close this on priority basis...
Not put on excuses when you was observed this service has been actviveted from your side than close this and refund my money otherwise i will go to media and court door...
