[Resolved] HDFC Bank — claim of deceased sb account | |||
Hello, My father opened a sb account in ur bank. My father expired. The nominee as per bank form do not exist. So, i requested the branch manager to settle the claim without legal proceedings as there is no issue from the legal heirs and the amount is below ₹30, 000. I have requested for indemnity bond. But the bm is asking me for a succession certificate for which i have to spend a big amount. I m being harrassed. Plz help me. Was this information helpful? | |||

The bank has been charging non maintenance charges on my account since 2 months and the bank employees are delaying the bank account closing process.

In my account no ([protected]) have sufficient balance . Yet hdfc bank has not cut my emi for a two wheller loan. But they have cut ecs/ach 295 at thrice time for last two months till to now. So plz check the problems and co- operative me .
