[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — close salary account and linked demat account

I am hdfc personal banker in udhana surat branch i have salary account in udhana sosyo circle branch but it converted in normal saving account and it has linked demate account my customer id is 35011817 and account number is [protected] but it has charged more than 8000 and i was went more than 6 time from more than 6 months but i am helpless and can't do anything due to charge are not viewed and closed my account i gave more than 5 time appicati on goes to depository department opp. Croma ghoddod road surat but they are not closed demate without charges and bank not veiewed my charges kindly help me to close this account without paying any charges or nominal charges.. Because this account i am not using and charges are happening...
