[Resolved] HDFC Bank — closure of current account | |||
Dear Sir, I really have a very worst experience with HDFC Bank while closure of my Current Account No [protected] in the name of PRAGYA CREATION, as my home branch in Nagarabhavi, and i filed my application in Nagarabhavi branch, and after 1 ½ year current account is not closed and I have been asking executive who assist me in Home branch while closing the account, she said we checked its in process, and i still got messages of negative balance in my account by mobile banking, nothing facility was closed on the account. So please help me in this matter, I really want that RBI should take some step against such situation that come in front of the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
