[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaining about hdfc credit card deptt false commitment | |
I got a call regarding hdfc regalia credit card. Executive told me card is lifetime free card. But after processing i got some other money back card After some time i got a statement with membership charges rs 500 though it was life time free. Worst helpline no. Toughest job to connect. Takes more than hour to connect. Customer care executives disconnect the phone, if you ask any query which they dont like. I want to close my credit card with immediate effect but they are not closing it. Nothing is good in hdfc bank now. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |
