[Resolved] HDFC Bank — complaint for closing of my hdfc credit card

Myself manabjyoti daimari. I have submitted 3 times hdfc bank closure form along with clearing all outstanding bills on my card. But, hdfc bank doesn't close my hdfc card and sending a same message many times like dear customer, your recent written request on the credit card ending xxxx could not be processed. Details being sent - hdfcbank. I don't want to listen/see drama anymore from hdfc bank. Please close the credit card and send noc to the undersigned.

If hdfc does not take any step further, then i will file legal case. Please close it and send noc at the earliest.

We observe that your recent letter to close the credit card was declined owing to signature mismatch. hence we request you to send duly signed letter with the correct signature to enable us to do the needful.
