[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Complaint no.1193746 has not been solved yet | |||
I was charged wrongly by the bank for merchant - Spencer's. I was charged twice for failed transaction for 1472.50 each. Total money deducted wrongly was Rs 2945 but after putting up dispute form 1193746, only amount of one transaction 1472.50 was refunded. Still Rs 1472.50 is pending for refund by the bank. This thing happened in December, 2016 and after that I have followed up and escalated so many times but everytime they tell me to wait for some days.
