HDFC Bank — Continued harassment on call (Now with sexually abusive overtone) by tele-caller executives | |
Since more than a month HDFC Telecallers had started calling me almost 3-4 times a day regarding personal loan, credit cards etc., wherein I have clearly explained them that I am not interested in their services but despite that the calls continued. I had escalated this to their official site for escalation too- [protected]@hdfcbank.com. But there was no response from them. Finally after raising this complain on facebook page at one side Mr Anay had replied back to me on Facebook and assured me to help in this regards. Though a few minutes later I got a call from HDFC bank from someone claiming to be Mr Rahul Kumar- Mumbai, Mobile No.- [protected] and he started abusing in a sexual overtone. Even used the word Randi (###). After re-raising of this complaint too there's no response from HDFC bank. Henceforth, request you to kindly intervene in this case and find the accused and ensure that necessary actions are taken against him (them) so that such tele callers from HDFC bank could stop torturing customers like me (especially in such filthy kind of sexual overtone) Was this information helpful? | |
