[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Credit card application | |||
I have submitted my all the documents to HDFC credit card person named Ashwini ( upper Govind Nagar Malad East) I have submitted her my documents 3 times but she is not sending it forward and keeping my documents with her self only I received call 3 times saying my documents are not submitted I dnt knw way to do I am fed up itz 2 months I called her several times she doesn't picks up my phone nor do I get any kind of response when I messaged her I'll do complaint against your self she's replied me okay I mean if no action is taken against our feedback or complaint than what's the point wasting our time and we have selected this bank because of service if this is going to happened in future than I won't be with HDFC bank anymore nor will my family members ...I hope I get a reply and my credit card issues is solved Was this information helpful? | |||
