[Resolved] HDFC Bank — credit card application status

I had applied for credit card (Application no. [protected]s2) for 2 times with all eligible documents ask by bank but after verification of my residence and office address successfully by representatives in my presence i am getting status after 10 days that my disapproved because we are not able to contact you with your contact information. Then i am getting a attachment to resend contact information. But both the time i was contacted and representatives came to my place taken pic of my id card and driving liscence. Please help me to resolve my issue.

To enable us to process your application for the credit card we request you to send completed Residence address declaration form along with residence address proof and correct phone number. You can download the form from the below link. https://www.hdfcbank.com/assets/pdf/RCA_Residence_delcaration.pdf Kindly send the documents to our mailing address mentioned below: HDFC Bank cards Division PO BOX #8654 Thiruvanmiyur P.O.
